It’s trying to get your attention.
Because you weren’t meant to hold it all alone. You were meant to feel, move through, and be supported.
This work isn’t about controlling your emotions or perfecting your habits.
It’s about learning to feel safe in your body again, so you can meet your experiences with presence, not panic. And show up in your relationships with access to your boundaries, your needs, your voice.
